Dental Assistant

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Dental Assistant to join our dental clinic in Bangalore. The candidate will assist dentists during procedures, maintain a sterile and organized environment, and help ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during treatments like fillings, extractions, RCTs, and scaling.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
• Maintain clean and hygienic operatories as per infection control protocols.
• Take and process dental X-rays (if trained/certified).
• Manage patient records and appointments using dental software.
• Provide chair-side support and ensure patient comfort.
• Maintain stock of dental materials and consumables.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+2 education; diploma or certificate in dental assisting preferred.
• Prior experience in a dental clinic (1–2 years preferred).
• Familiarity with dental instruments and basic procedures.
• Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and/or Hindi.
• Ability to multitask and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
